We are here to give a new notice regarding artists’ gifts.

First of all, we are always grateful to fans who show support and love for our artists.

If you send a gift and letter to our office address below from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, we will deliver it to artists.

[Important Reminder]

- Foods with short shelf life(e.g. rice cakes, cakes, macarons, breads, fruits, etc) may be difficult to deliver due to the risk of deterioration.

- According to the building regulations, rice/flower wreaths can’t be placed and will be returned or discarded.

- If you need personal information for overseas delivery such as personal customs clearance number or mobile number, it will be returned to you.

- It's hard to check if a particular gift has arrived because artists' gifts are delivered from time to time. We would like to ask for your understanding and please refrain from inquiring on this.
